Registration Conditions and Regulations

1. Academic year duration: 2026-2027

The Talaki- arabic course LCO( Langue et Culture d`Origine)-academic year duration begins on Saturday, September 5, 2026, and ends at the end of April 2027.

2. Class schedule
  • Classes take place every Saturday and last 1 hour and 40 minutes.
  • Sessions generally begin at 9:30 a.m. and may extend into early afternoon depending on the level.
  • The exact schedule for each level will be communicated later.
  • A 10-minute break with a small snack.
  • Classes are suspended during the official school holidays.
3. Trial session

Only one free trial session is offered. Any registration following this session constitutes a full commitment until the end of the Talaki -arabic course LCO- academic year duration.

4. Registration & materials fee

The registration and materials fee is 10 CHF per child.

5. Program fees

The monthly fee is 50 CHF per child. This amount is due at the beginning of each month, regardless of the number of sessions.

7. Why are the fees fixed?

Talaki is funded exclusively through the monthly contributions paid by parents. These fees allow us to cover the essential annual expenses required to operate the program and ensure its continuity in a serious and high quality environment.

8. Absences

Absences-partial or full-do not entitle parents to any refund or reduction.

9. Reporting absences

Please inform Talaki at least 24 hours in advance when possible (via WhatsApp, call, message, or email).

11. Secular course

The Talaki -arabic course LCO -is entirely secular.

12. Photo permission

During Talaki activities, photos may be taken during sessions, workshops, and events.

These photos may be published on:

  • Talaki's official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Talaki's official website
13. Arrival & Departure of the child from school

Change of Decision During the Year: If parents change their decision during the year and wish to allow their child to go home alone, they must inform the administration via WhatsApp or email before the child leaves the center alone.

Responsibility: The child is under Talaki's responsibility only during the Arabic class session.

Talaki assumes no responsibility:

  • more than 10 minutes before the class begins
  • more than 10 minutes after the class ends
  • when the child arrives alone at the school
  • when the child goes home alone

Arrival Before Class: Children must arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class to ensure a calm, organized, and safe entry.

14. WhatsApp group per level

Each level has its own WhatsApp group to facilitate communication between the administration and parents.

15. Certificate of participation

A participation certificate from the "Service de l'Enseignement Obligatoire" will be issued at the end of the Talaki- arabic course LCO- academic year duration. Talaki's administration completes the required information, signs the certificate, and sends it to the parents. Parents verify the information, sign the certificate, and submit it to the child's school teacher. At the end of the academic year duration, the certificate will be included in the student's report card.

16. Legal clause- Confirmation

By validating the registration, I confirm that:

"I have read, understood, and accepted all of Talaki's regulations and registration conditions, including the single trial session, the financial commitment until the end of the Talaki arabic course LCO academic year, the payment methods, the photo publication policy, the child departure rules, the requirement to arrive 10 minutes before the session, the use of the WhatsApp group, and Talaki's limits of responsibility."
