About Us

Under the name TALAKI

Talaki Association: A Bridge Connecting Our Generations to Their Authentic Language and Culture
In a rapidly changing world, the Arabic language remains the vessel that carries our identity, heritage, and authentic values. But how do we preserve this precious treasure and pass it on to our children who are growing up far from their homelands? This is where the Talaki Association comes in.
Talaqi is not just an association; it is a warm and nurturing home for every Arab family seeking to preserve its roots. We are a non-profit organization, entirely secular, and we do not pursue any political or religious objectives. Our ultimate goal is to preserve and promote our Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) language (Fusha), as well as our rich culture and traditions, by transmitting this immense heritage across our Arab generations dispersed in expatriate countries and in the societies where they live.
To achieve this noble goal, "Talaki" organizes a wide and varied range of activities that cater to the interests of all family members. From Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) language courses, which we give special attention to, to traditional meals that bring us back to the warmth of the Arab table, and discussions, seminars, and conferences that enrich our minds, through artistic and cultural exhibitions, social gatherings that unite hearts, and finally sports and cultural activities that build body and mind. All these activities are designed to foster a sense of belonging and strengthen ties to our language and culture.

Our Educational Approaches: Fun and Effective Learning
We believe that approach is the key to success in education, which is why we rely on:
Interactive Learning: We use language games, group activities, and puzzles to develop language skills in a fun and interactive way that motivates children to participate and enjoy learning.
Modern Technology: We leverage digital applications and online platforms designed for teaching Arabic, such as interactive learning games and educational videos, to enhance participation and learning in a way that keeps pace with the times.
Learning through Dialogue: We create guided dialogues on topics of interest to students, and we encourage them to use Arabic in discussions and exchanging ideas, which boosts their confidence in speaking.

Pillars of Success: A Supportive Environment and Qualified Teachers
To ensure the best results, we focus on the following essential components:
Competent Teachers: Our educational team consists of qualified teachers who can communicate effectively with students, with a deep understanding of the cultural and linguistic challenges our children face in a European environment. They are not just teachers, but also mentors and supporters for your children.
A Supportive Learning Environment: We strive to create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages students to express themselves without fear of making mistakes, which
Strengthens their confidence in using the language. We also encourage students to read stories through the principle of borrowing stories available in the association's library, to instill a love of reading in them.
Engaging Supplementary Materials: We use illustrated books, animated films, and audio materials …that are interesting and age-appropriate, to be an attractive and complementary means to the learning process, and to make the language an integral part of their daily lives.

At Talaki Association, we believe that preserving our language and culture is not just a duty, but a joy and an enduring treasure. We invite you to be part of our large family, to contribute together to building a generation proud of its language and identity.
